Garry Nash, the principal and founder of the company commenced his real estate career in 1973.  After working for a local real estate agent Garry Nash established his own agency at 25A Rowan Street, Wangaratta in January 1981.

Firmly committed to building a reputation based on the highest value of ethics, values and client care Garry Nash Real Estate Pty Ltd has grown to be the largest real estate agency within the Rural City of Wangaratta.

In 1982 the agency became a founding member of the First National Real Estate Group of Estate Agents.  This is a co-operative of independent agencies which now has over 500 offices in Australia and New Zealand.  This association has offered a referral network and relocation service to its clients for over 25 years.  From this time the agency became known as Garry Nash First National Real Estate.
